T-Bay Holdings has received an exciting merger offer from a financial services company. The company in discussion provides financial services to ultra high net worth individuals and institutions in strategic money markets around the world.

We have again rejected representations made on behalf of Card Tech International, a company which made a failed offer in 2013. We are in the process of removing all references in relation to Card Tech International, its entities and representatives from the OTC company information page.
