Mr. Giuseppe Venturini has been nominated \nto join the Board in the coming week and will also assume the position \nof interim CFO.Mr.\n Giuseppe Venturini took his commercial pilot license at South Eastern \nSchool of Aeronautics (SESA) in Macon, Georgia in 1997. Following the events of 9/11 on 2001, Mr. Venturini began to research on how to improve security inside airports.His\n research let him to CardTech and to meeting with CardTech?s founder Mr.\n Fabrizio Borracci in 2005. Following the meeting, Giuseppe joined \nCardTech?s Research Team and has been part of the development of CardTech?s innovative biometric smartcard solution from the beginning.In\n 2008, Giuseppe took part in a seminary led by Kenneth P. Morse and \nWilliam K. Aulet from M.I.T.
