[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 6878T\n TMT Investments PLC\n 22 July 2020\n \n \n \n \n 22 July 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n TMT INVESTMENTS PLC\n \n \n (\"TMT\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Change of venue for AGM\n \n \n \n \n \n TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces a change of venue for its forthcoming \n Annual General Meeting \n (\"AGM\").\n \n \n \n \n \n On 16 April 2020, t\n he Company\n announced that it would hold its AGM\n at 14:30 (BST)\n \n on 30 July 2020 at its registered office at 13 Castle Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ES.\n \n \n \n \n \n However, due to COVID-19-related restrictions, the Company's company secretary, Computershare, has confirmed that it will not be able to host the AGM at their premises as originally intended.\n \n \n \n \n \n Accordingly, the Company's AGM will now take place at 14:30 (BST) on 30 July 2020 at \n \n The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey\n \n , Green Street, Saint Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UH.
