The Company entered into an option\nagreement with Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (“\n \n\n Skyharbour\n \n\n ”) in\nOctober of 2022 whereby the company can earn up to a 75% interest in\nthe Property.\n \n\n\n\n Winter 2025 Assay Results\n \n\n\n\n The Company conducted a helicopter supported drill\nprogram at the South Falcon East Property between February 16 and\nMarch 26, 2025.  Seven diamond drill holes were completed on the\nFraser Lakes B Uranium Deposit, for a total of 1,927 m.  The initial\nresults of these drill holes were reported in press releases dated\nMarch 10, 2025, and April 1, 2025.\n \n\n\n\n During the winter drill program, 682 samples were\nsubmitted for geochemical analysis at the Geoanalytical Laboratory at\nthe Saskatchewan Research Council in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.\n Results have been received and compiled with the results presented\nin Table 1.\n \n\n\n\n Results highlight several wide zones of uranium\nmineralization in holes SF0063, SF0065, SF0066, and SF0067 drilled to\ntest an inferred NW-SE trending fault cutting through the Fraser Lakes\nB Uranium Deposit (Figure 2).  The easternmost hole, SF0065, returned\n18.1 m at 0.03 %U\n \n\n 3\n \n\n O\n \n\n 8\n \n\n , including a\nsub interval of 0.12 %U\n \n\n 3\n \n\n O\n \n\n 8\n \n\n over 1.6 m.\n Another interval within this hole returned 0.13 %U\n \n\n 3\n \n\n O\n \n\n 8\n...
