General Meeting Result
Tirupati Graphite plc announced the results of its General Meeting held on January 6, 2026, where all proposed resolutions were carried by shareholders. Resolution 1 received 45,915,390 votes in favour out of a total of 46,400,185 votes cast, with 484,795 votes against. Resolution 2 also passed with 45,961,783 votes in favour out of the same total votes cast, and 438,402 votes against. These results indicate strong shareholder support for the company's proposals.
