Upon the publication of this announcement this information is considered to be in the public domain.\n \n \n \n \n \n 31 March 2022\n \n \n Tirupati Graphite plc \n \n \n ('Tirupati' or the 'Company')\n \n \n \n \n \n Board and Management Waive Warrant Rights for FY 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist graphite and graphene company developing sustainable new age materials, announces that the Executive Chairman and Managing Director has elected to waive his contractual right to receive 1,496,866 warrants for the current financial year, ended 31 March 2022.
