(AIM: TBLD), a leading video games publisher and developer with global operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick van Dyk to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today. \n \n \n \n \n \n Nick has been a strategic advisor to the Company since its IPO in March 2021. From 2015 to 2019 Nick was Co-President of Activision Blizzard Studios, where he was responsible for adapting Activision Blizzard's most popular video game franchises, including Call of Duty, Skylanders Academy and World of Warcraft, to the big and small screen. \n \n \n \n \n \n Prior to joining Activision, Nick spent nine years at The Walt Disney Company where, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, he helped drive Disney's focus on franchise intellectual property and played a significant role in the Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm acquisitions. Nick's entertainment industry experience spans over 25 years. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.\n \n \n \n \n \n Alex Nichiporchik, Chief Executive Officer of tinyBuild, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Nick to the Board of tinyBuild. As disclosed in the Company's AIM Admission Document, Mr Van Dyk currently holds options over 428,870 common shares in the Company, representing 0.21 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. Nick will become chair of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees on appointment.\n \n ...
