Further geophysical surveying in 2012 has\n extended the conductive bodies over a length of 1,200 metres east-west;\n the original conductor discovered in the 2010 survey was about 600\n metres long. Each of the five deeper holes that were drilled in\n 2011-2012 encountered massive and semi-massive sulphides consisting of\n pyrite, sphalerite, galena and lesser chalcopyrite. The mineralization\n is hosted by sedimentary breccias and greywacke in a formation below\n the Gollyar Group sandstone that is host to the silver mineralization\n found at Zone 1 located 1.5 km to the north. The style of\n mineralization and alteration at Ayawilca has similarities to other\n mines and deposits found the central Andes, particularly Cerro de\n Pasco.\n\n\nThe attached figure shows the locations of all holes drilled at Ayawilca\n so far; the red circles show the locations of permitted drill sites yet\n to be drilled. The first two holes to be drilled in this campaign will\n be vertical and northerly-directed from the site of CDD-53; the drill\n will then move to the four untested sites further east.\n\n\nThe Company has applied for several new drill sites (not shown on map)\n to adequately test all the conductors at Ayawilca.\n\n\nAll diamond drilling will be performed using HQ diameter drill rods,\n reducing to NQ diameter if required. All core will be logged and split\n on site under the supervision of Tinka geologists with sampling done on\n two metre intervals. All the samples will be transported by Company\n staff to SGS Laboratories in Lima, Peru for ICP analyses using\n multi-acid digestion. Analytical standards and blanks will be r...
