The hole was drilled on\n the westernmost line of the known resource.\n\n\nMr Carter said: \"We are extremely pleased with these results as it is\n the first hole on the westernmost line of the northern extension and\n substantially increases the area of mineralization to the north of the\n resource. Drilling is continuing at Zone 1 testing the northern\n extension.\"\n\n\nThe hole intercepted oxidized, banded, \"zebra-stripe\" sandstone and\n progressed into the underlying sedimentary breccia, greywacke,\n siltstone and fluidized sulphide unit. The hole intercepted the high\n grade veins/faults/gossan zones within the sandstone roughly\n perpendicular to the dip of the hole, while the intervening\n fracture-controlled mineralization in the sandstone was intercepted at\n about 45 degrees to the inclination of the drill hole, on average. The\n orientation of the mineralization within the underlying sedimentary\n breccia is not clear, however, narrow zones of intense oxidation\n suggest that the mineralized structures in the overlying sandstone may\n penetrate the underlying unit.\n\n\nSignificant mineralized intervals, using a 15 g/t Ag cut-off, are shown\n below:\n\n\nHole #\n\n\nEasting (m)\n\n\nNorthing (m)\n\n\nElevation (m)\n\n\nAzimuth (deg)\n\n\nDip(deg)\n\n\nFrom (m)\n\n\nTo (m)\n\n\nInterval (m)\n\n\nAg (g/t)\n\n\nCDD21\n\n\n332593\n\n\n8847975\n\n\n4369\n\n\n180\n\n\n-60\n\n\n14\n\n\n108\n\n\n94*\n\n\n92.4\n\n\nincluding\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n42\n\n\n52\n\n\n10\n\n\n299.4\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n114\n\n\n116\n\n\n2\n\n\n108\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n122\n\n\n124\n\n\n2\n\n\n77\n\n\n* includes a 1.3 m interval with no recovery for which a zero (0) value\n is assigned.\n\n\nAll diamond drilling has been performed using HQ and NQ diameter drill\n rods.
