Timken Names Lucian Boldea President and Chief Executive Officer
The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com), a global technology leader in engineered bearings and industrial motion, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Lucian Boldea the company's president and CEO and member of the Board, effective Sept. 1, 2025. Boldea will succeed Richard G. Kyle, who has been in an interim role since March after having previously served as president and CEO from 2014 to 2024.
