In continuation of our letter dated May 6, 2025 wherein the company has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 6,2025 recommended the payment of dividend on Preference Shares (Unlisted).Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Thursday Aug 14,2025 as the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend on the Preference Shares(Unlisted).The details of the same is in the attached letter.
