The Board extends its deepest sympathies to Tony's wife, Janey Elliott and their family and would like to acknowledge both his achievement in creating a global iconic brand and the immeasurable contribution he has made to the cultural development of London and so many other cities around the world.\n \n \n \n Peter Dubens, Chairman of Time Out said today:\n \n \n \n \"We are saddened by the loss of such\n a great visionary, entrepreneur and supporter of culture and the arts.
