[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5516G Time Out Group plc 07 November 2018 \n\n7 November 2018\n \nTime Out Group plc\n \n(\"Time Out\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nBlock Listing Application\n \nTime Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and entertainment business, provides notification that a block listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of up to 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the \"New Ordinary Shares\").\n \nThe New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
