(\"Tidewater Renewables\" or the \"Corporation\") (TSX: LCFS) is pleased to announce that its majority owned subsidiary Rimrock Renewables Limited Partnership (\"Rimrock\") has entered into a 20-year offtake agreement (the \"Offtake Agreement\") with FortisBC Energy Inc. (\"FortisBC\").
