Mr Ping Shun Ngan, director of TNPH’s Hong Kong subsidiary Jiudu International Group Ltd, is co-founder and President of GSI, and will be responsible for growing the business.The investment will be made through TNPH’s 75% owned subsidiary, Jiudu (Hainan) Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. Completion of the acquisition is subject to the filing of documents and approvals in China, which we hope will be received before quarter end.Monk fruit is a natural sweetener, increasingly being used in a range of products to replace sugar, especially in food and drink products designed for those suffering from diabetes.
