Tialis (AIM: TIA), the mid-market IT managed services provider, announces that Matthew Riley has stepped down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately, in order to pursue other business interests.

Ian Smith, Executive Director, commented: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Matthew for his valuable support and contribution to Tialis. Matt leaves the Company with our best wishes."
