[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7382L Digital Barriers plc 08 July 2014 \n \n\n8 July 2014\n \n \nDigital Barriers plc \n \n(\"Digital Barriers\")\n \nSharesave option award to Executive Director\n \n \nDigital Barriers (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the international homeland security and defence markets announces a grant of share options to Sharon Cooper under the Digital Barriers Sharesave scheme (the \"Scheme\").\n \nOn 8 July 2014 the Remuneration Committee of the Group granted, under the rules of the Scheme, an option over 18,750 Ordinary 1p shares with an exercise price of 96 pence per share to Sharon Cooper. \n \nThe exercise price, set on 12 June 2014, is calculated on the basis of 80% of the closing middle market price of Digital Barriers shares on 11 June 2014.
