[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0685S Digital Barriers plc 15 March 2016 \n\n15 March 2016\n \nDigital Barriers plc \n(\"Digital Barriers\")\n \nBrimtek Contract Award\n \n- $5.9m contract with major US Federal Agency under Brimtek procurement framework -\n \nDigital Barriers plc (the \"Group\"), the specialist provider of visually intelligent solutions to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, is pleased to announce that its recently acquired US subsidiary, Brimtek, has secured a significant contract with a major US Federal law enforcement agency. \n \nThe contract, which is valued at approximately $5.9 million, was awarded under a procurement framework agreement held by Brimtek and will see the Group provide a range of specialist surveillance equipment to the agency customer. The contract is to be delivered in the first half of FY17. \n \n \nZak Doffman, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Barriers, commented:\n \n\"This contract with a strategically important US government customer illustrates the strong relationships and reputation enjoyed by Brimtek in the highly specialised US security marketplace.
