Thor Energy PLC reported audited annual financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025. A key milestone was the acquisition of an 80.2% stake in Go Exploration Pty Ltd in February 2025, giving Thor control of the HY-Range Project. A capital raise of approximately £1,000,000 was completed. Asset sales included a 75% interest in US uranium claims to Metals One PLC and a 75% interest in the Molyhil Tungsten Project to Tivan Limited, collectively delivering almost A$9 million of value. The company ended the year with cash and cash equivalents of A$1,459,000 (£686,000).
