ISR is not new and has been used for decades successfulfully to extract uranium and potash. Over the past three years, EnviroCopper \n Ltd (\"ECL\"), along with \n researchers from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (\"CSIRO\") and The University of Adelaide, have shown proof of concept that ISR can be adapted for use at copper and gold projects in Australia, in addition there are now several ISR copper operations in the Arizona, USA including Gunnison Project, Excelsior Mining Corp.\n \n \n The video can be found on the Thor website and Thor YouTube channel via this link: \n \n \n https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eG_1ZGD0WIw\n \n \n \n \n Thor is earning\n an 80% interest in copper deposits amenable to ISR production at Alford East, as well as holding a 30% interest in ECL, the holder and operator of the Kapunda and Alford West copper projects, also located in South Australia and considered amenable to ISR.\n \n \n \n \n Nicole Galloway Warland, Managing Director of Thor Mining, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \"\n \n \n We are pleased to publish this video explaining how in-situ recovery will be used at the Company's Alford East Copper Project in South Australia.
