Dilution to existing holders:\nThe dilutive effect of the 7.1A placement (25,000,000 CDI's) on existing shareholders is 1.5%.\n \nFurther details of the approximate percentage of the issued capital post the placement held by pre-placement shareholders and new shareholders are as follows.\n \n\n\n\n\nShareholder category\n\n\nHolding pre placement\n\n\nHolding post placement\n\n\n\n\nPre-placement security holders who did not participate in the placement\n\n\n98.69%\n\n\n97.24%\n\n\n\n\nPre-placement security holders who did participate in the placement\n\n\n1.31%\n\n\n2.03%\n\n\n\n\nParticipants in the placement who were not previously security holders\n\n\n- \n\n\n0.73%\n\n\n\n\nTotal\n\n\n100%\n\n\n100%\n\n\n\n\n \nb.
