The offering is expected to close on November 22, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. Thomson Reuters plans to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes including, without limitation, to finance share repurchases. \n\n \n \nThomson Reuters plans to enter into an agency agreement with a syndicate of Canadian investment dealers.
