TELE Group Corp Has Changed Its Fiscal Year End From 6/30 to 12/31

The fiscal year end of TELE Group Corp. (the "Company") was previously 6/30, from approximately 2008 when it was incorporated until June 30, 2022, and the most recent year of annual disclosure was submitted for the period ending on 6/30/2022.

The Company’s fiscal year end has been changed as we have filed F1128 for the year end change to 12/31 to IRS (see Exhibit A). The effective date of change should be January 1, 2023.
