THG PLC has announced a change in the breakdown of voting rights following the admission of ordinary voting shares. Matthew Moulding's total equity interest remains at 429,873,034 shares, representing approximately 24 per cent on a fully diluted basis, comprising 307,682,946 ordinary voting shares and 122,190,088 unlisted ordinary shares. As of January 23, 2026, Moulding's direct voting rights attached to shares are 18.76%, with 307,682,946 voting rights held directly or indirectly, a slight decrease from the previous notification of 19.24%.
