The Annual Report is available on the Company's website at https://corporate.theworks.co.uk, and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on 8 September 2023 along with the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and associated Form of Proxy. The Company's AGM will be held at Boldmere House, Faraday Avenue, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1AL on Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 9.00 a.m.\nIn compliance with LR 9.6.1 a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\nA condensed set of the TheWorks.co.uk plc financial statements, including information on important events that have occurred during the year and their impact on the financial statements, and a description of the Group's principal risks and uncertainties, were included in the Company's Preliminary Results for the 52 weeks ended 30 April 2023 released on 30 August 2023.
