The Company's AGM will be held at Boldmere House, Faraday Avenue, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1AL on Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 9.00 a.m.\nFinal Dividend\nAs set out in the FY23 Annual Report and Notice of AGM, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend for FY23 of 1.6 pence per share (the 'Final Dividend') for approval by shareholders at the AGM. If the Final Dividend is approved by shareholders, it will be paid on 2 November 2023 to shareholders on the register on the record date of 6 October 2023.
