The promotion of a modern working environment that supports the stability and well-being of employees remains a common priority. This agreement contributes to maintaining a framework of mutual trust and job security, which is a constant and ongoing demand of all employees and the trade union movement.\"\n \n \n The CEO of ThPA S.A., Dr. Ioannis Tsaras, stated: \"The Collective Labor Agreement is a tool for cooperation and progress.
