He will remain an active member of the Board of\nDirectors going forward.\n \n \n As Chairman he has\nworked tirelessly to advance the interests of the Company and its\nshareholders. He provided the critical stability, leadership and sage\nguidance the Company needed to grow and prosper. He leaves his role as\nChairman with the Company much stronger than it was when he assumed\nthe role.  The Board and Management of Thermal Energy are very\nappreciative of Mr. Kelly 's guidance, insights and leadership as\nChairman over the last 12 years and look forward to his contributions\ngoing forward as a board member.\n \n \n \n \n William White has been appointed as Mr. Kelly’s\nsuccessor. Mr. White has already proven himself to be a valuable and\nactive member of TEI Board for five years and has extensive global\nleadership and public company director experience. He is currently the\nChief Operating Officer for Woodland Biofuels, which is\ncommercializing technology for low-cost bio-ethanol production, and\nDirector and Chairman of CHAR Technologies, a catalytic\ndesulfurization company.
