[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3855Y Evgen Pharma PLC 08 May 2019 \n\nEvgen Pharma plc\n(\"Evgen\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \nResult of GM\n \nand\n \nCompletion of Placing\n \nEvgen Pharma plc (AIM: EVG), a clinical stage drug development company focused on the treatment of cancer and neurological conditions, announces that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions tabled at the meeting were duly passed.\nAs a result, the Company is pleased to announce that it expects the remaining 20,275,840 Placing Shares in the Company, to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 9 May 2019. This completes the Placing to raise £5 million at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 17 April 2019. \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing admission of the remaining Placing Shares the total voting rights in the Company will be 132,324,663.
