[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2055G Evolution Group PLC 27 January 2010 \n \n \n\nEvolution Group Plc\nAppoints new non-executive Director\n\n\n\n\nThe Board of Evolution Group Plc (\"Evolution\") is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Perkin as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.\n\nAged 61, Roger is a vastly experienced Chartered Accountant having spent his entire career with Ernst & Young LLP, and its predecessor firms, retiring in 2009. For much of his career, Roger has focused most notably on financial services clients across many disciplines including fund management, banking and private equity. Additionally, he served on the firm's Board and Audit Committee.\n\nMost recently, Roger was, between 2005 and 2009, based in the UK as a senior financial services audit partner. Between 1996 and 2005, Roger was based in Switzerland as lead partner to major Swiss based financial organisations. He also possesses extensive global experience and wide exposure to differing industry sectors and organisational sizes and structures.\n\nCommenting on Roger's appointment Evolution's Chairman Martin Gray, said \"I am pleased to welcome Roger to the Evolution Board and as Chairman of its Audit Committee.
