[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n 11 June 2024\n \nTHE PEBBLE GROUP PLC\n(\"The Pebble Group\", or the \"Group\")\nAIM: PEBB, OTCQX: PEBBF\n \nPDMR Share Dealings and\nVesting of Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Awards\n \nThe Pebble Group, a leading provider of digital commerce, products and related services to the global promotional products industry, announces the exercise of 40,131 nil cost options (\"Options\") and the vesting of 44,233 Conditional Share Awards under the Pebble Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\") on 10 June 2024.\n \nIncluded in the participants of the Conditional Share Awards vesting was a PDMR who, concurrent with the vesting, also sold 5,676 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\").\n \n\n\n\n\nParticipant\n\n\nPosition\n\n\nOrdinary Shares from Conditional Share Award\n\n\nOrdinary Shares sold\n\n\nResultant holding in Ordinary Shares\n\n\n% of issued share capital of the Group\n\n\n\n\nKarl Whiteside\n\n\nGroup Managing Director, Brand Addition\n\n\n15,828\n\n\n5,676\n\n\n863,972\n \n\n\n0.52%\n\n\n\n\n \nThe exercise of nil cost Options and the vesting of Conditional Share Awards under the LTIP, including by one Group PDMR, has been satisfied through the allocation of existing Ordinary Shares held by The Pebble Group Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\").
