[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 7884H\n Pebble Group PLC (The)\n 27 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n 27 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n THE PEBBLE GROUP PLC\n \n \n (\"The Pebble Group\" and the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n New announcement date for Final Results 2019\n \n \n \n \n \n The Pebble Group, a leading provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry, announces that it is postponing the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2019 (\"FY19\"), in response to the guidance recently issued by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Reporting Council.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Group's original reporting date of 2 April 2020 fell within the two-week moratorium recommended by both bodies, which it has been advised to observe.
