Adjusted Earnings Per Share (\"EPS\") Target\n \n \n \n Up to 70% of the total Performance Shares will vest dependent upon the achievement of cumulative adjusted EPS targets for the three years ending 31 December 2025, determined as follows:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cumulative Adjusted EPS for the three year period to 31 December 2025\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Portion of Ordinary Shares vesting subject to Adjusted EPS target\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Below 19.5p\n \n \n \n \n No vesting\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 19.5p\n \n \n \n \n 25%\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 20.6p\n \n \n \n \n 60%\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 21.8p or more\n \n \n \n \n 100%\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 2. Total Shareholder Return (\"TSR\") Target\n \n \n \n Up to 30% of the total Performance Shares will vest dependent upon the performance of the Company's Absolute TSR measured over the three year period ending 31 December 2025.
