The full amended text is shown below.\n \n \n \n \n \n 13 August 2021\n \n \n The Panoply Holdings PLC\n \n \n (\"The Panoply\", or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of AGM\nandPosting of Annual Report\n \n \n The Panoply Holdings PLC, the technology-enabled services group focused on digital transformation, announces that its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") will be held virtually on 23 September 2021 at 11 a.m.\n \n \n \n The Group yesterday posted its report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, together with the notice of AGM, to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at \n \n \n \n www.thepanoply.com/investors-hub/overview/\n \n \n in accordance with AIM Rule 20.\n \n \n The Board believes that, notwithstanding that the Government has lifted restrictions on the holding of larger gatherings, given the high Covid-19 case numbers and the increased transmissibility of the Delta variant, it is appropriate to continue to adopt a cautious approach. The health and safety of our employees and shareholders is our priority and therefore we encourage shareholders not to attend the AGM in person. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to cast their votes by proxy.\n \n \n \n \n \n We are committed to constructive engagement with all of our shareholders and recognise that the AGM is a key forum for our shareholders to meet and engage with Board members.
