Most recently, she served as the Director of Retail Sales at Charlotte's Web, where she successfully established national partnerships with well-known retailers to significantly boost brand recognition and sales growth.\n\n\nPrior to that, Wellen founded Mantra Mask, an innovative skin care brand that gained recognition for its unique combination of CBD and premium global ingredients. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen played a key role in her ability to identify new market opportunities and successfully bring new concepts to fruition.\n\n\n“We are delighted to add Kim Wellen to our growing sales force.
