The Detroit Legal News Company Announces the Acquisition of Graphics East, Inc.

Detroit, MI February 19, 2024 – The Detroit Legal News Company (OTC Pink: DTRL) announced the acquisition of Graphics East, Inc. and its Mail Clinic subsidiary, a forty year old graphic arts company located in Roseville, Michigan. Graphics East is a full service printing company offering extensive offset, digital and mailing services. The Graphic East operations will be consolidated into the Company’s Inland Press facility in downtown Detroit.

Brad Thompson, CEO of DTRL made this statement regarding the acquisition, “Graphics East provides a strategic set of skills and a book of business that will expand the capabilities of Inland Press while providing greater utilization of the recent state-of-the-art equipment upgrades Inland made in 2023. It is another step in our planned growth to be one of the Midwest’s premier graphic arts suppliers.” He added, “This furthers our dedication to our shareholders, customers, employees and the City of Detroit.” No debt was incurred, the transaction will be paid for out of retained earnings.
