Brawley, III as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective Nov. 30, 2023. Brawley, III (Photo: Business Wire)\nBrawley joined the company in 2016 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel, overseeing Campbell’s legal functions of corporate governance, securities law, and commercial contracts. In his expanded role, he will oversee the company’s Legal department, including Government Affairs, Global Security and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. He will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Clouse and become a member of Campbell’s Operating Committee.\n\n\n“Charlie has played a crucial role in all aspects of Campbell’s strategy and business, working closely with me, the Operating Committee, and our Board of Directors. Brawley began his legal career with the law firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in Philadelphia.\n\n\nBrawley earned a B.A. in economics from Saint Joseph’s University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.\n\n\nCiongoli accepts outside opportunity\n\n\nCiongoli, who joined the company in 2015, has served as General Counsel and Chief Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility and Governance Officer and played a significant role in Campbell’s transformation.
