Eady, previously Divisional Finance Director of Berkeley Capital, brings 22 years of experience in the property and development sector to the role, having joined Berkeley in July 2013. Neil joined Berkeley in July 2013 and has worked in a variety of Finance Director roles in the Group including as part of the team that established the St William joint venture in 2014. Before joining Berkeley, Neil was at Land Securities for 10 years performing a number of roles including Corporate Finance Director. Neil has 22 years of experience in the property and development sector. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC.\n \nCommenting on the appointment Rob Perrins, Executive Chair of Berkeley, said:\n \n\"I am delighted to welcome Neil to the Board as CFO.
