[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n10 December 2025\n \n \nThe Berkeley Group Holdings plc\n(\"Berkeley\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nBoard APPOINTMENT\n \nBerkeley is pleased to announce the appointment of Barbara Richmond as an Independent Non-Executive Board Director with effect from 1 January 2026.\n \nBarbara was the Chief Financial Officer of Redrow plc for 14 years, up to its combination with Barratt Developments plc in August 2024 and, up until August 2025 was Group Integration & Synergies Director of the combined business.\n \nBarbara is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee of Lonza Group AG and a Non-Executive Director at Barry Callebaut AG and brings significant experience in relation to large, complex companies and international markets.\n \nPrior to joining Redrow in 2010, Barbara held senior finance and Group Finance Director roles at a number of UK listed companies including Inchcape plc, Croda International plc and Whessoe plc.\n \n \nRob Perrins, Executive Chair, said: \"I am delighted to welcome Barbara to Berkeley.
