[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0158A Alumasc Group PLC 23 May 2019 \n\n23 May 2019\nTHE ALUMASC GROUP PLC\nRESULT OF GENERAL MEETING\nThe Alumasc Group plc (\"Alumasc\", \"the Group\" or \"the Company\"), the premium building products, systems and solutions group, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution to approve the move to AIM was duly passed.\nThe proxy voting results for the Resolutions were as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nVotes cast in favour of the Resolution\n\n\nVotes cast against the Resolution\n\n\nVotes withheld\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNumber\n\n\nNumber\n\n\nNumber\n\n\n\n\nSPECIAL RESOLUTION\n\n\n\n\nTo approve the move to AIM\n\n\n20,164,550\n(98.21%)\n \n\n\n367,421\n(1.79%)\n \n\n\n4,600\n \n\n\n\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the Resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.\nFollowing the passing of the Resolution, the Company today expects to make an application to cancel the Company's admission to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market (\"Delisting\") and seek admission to trading on AIM (\"Admission\").
