Alumasc Group PLC 26 October 2000 AMENDMENT Director: Mr P H R Gwyn It has recently been bought to my attention that the above director's shareholding has been incorrectly reported. The current holding includes 7,000 shares (<1%) of total shares issued) which are not beneficial to Mr Gwyn. I should be grateful if your records could be amended to a holding of 1,938,000 ordinary shares.
