[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n27 May 2025\nTHE ALUMASC GROUP PLC\n(\"Alumasc\" or 'the Group')\nAppointment of Non-executive Director\n \nAlumasc, the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Barraclough as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 August 2025.\nAndrew is a qualified architect and has 40 years' experience as a business leader in the construction industry, with a particular focus and expertise in design. Andrew was until recently Group Design Director at the Wates Group, the private £2bn construction, development and property services company. Prior to joining Wates in 2014, Andrew worked for 19 years (latterly as Director of Performance) at HOK, one of the world's largest architectural practices.\nAndrew will also become a member of the Group's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.\n \nVijay Thakrar, Chairman of Alumasc, commented:\n\"We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the Board of Alumasc.
