The resolution to approve the sale of the assets of WGP Group Ltd and the proposed investment in Autonomous Robotics Ltd set out in the Notice of General Meeting sent to shareholders dated 1 December 2017 was duly passed unanimously. \n \nDetails of the sale of the assets of WGP Group Ltd are set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 1 December 2017. The board of Thalassa anticipates completion of this transaction at the year end, subject to satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent.
