The Offer Document contains, inter alia, a letter from the Chairman of Thalassa, the full terms and conditions of the Offer, the expected timetable of principal events and details of the actions to be taken by LSR Shareholders. In addition, a prospectus equivalent document containing details of the Company as enlarged by the acquisition of LSR and the Thalassa Consideration Shares (the \"Prospectus\") is being posted to LSR Shareholders.\nCapitalised terms in this announcement (the \"Announcement\"), unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the Offer Document.
