(TSPG)(the “Company”), a diversified technology\ncompany, is pleased to provide an update on current developments of the\nCompany.\n\n \n\nAs previously announced,\nthe Company held a conference in Kiev, Ukraine to discuss the commencement of production\nof electric vehicles in Ukraine, hiring proper management team, and establishing\nproper policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The production\nfacility the Company intends to utilize for assembly work is currently\noperating and producing and assembling electric vehicles. We are currently discussing the details with\nsaid manufacturer, to finalize an agreement to produce vehicles. However, no assurance can be given that an\nagreement can be reached.\n\n \n\n \n\nThe Company has met with\nFinex Insurance Group to provide our future car owners with comprehensive\npolices that would include extended warranties, road assistance as well as battery\nreplacement (the most important part of electric vehicles).
