Geo., to its\nBoard of Directors, subject to TSX-V approval.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Konkin is a professional geologist and is a\nregistered member with the Association of Professional Engineers and\nGeoscientists of British Columbia. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in\nGeological Sciences from the University of British Columbia (1984) and\nhas been working in the base and precious minerals industry and mining\nsector since 1981.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Konkin has 40 years of geological experience\nthroughout North and South America as well as Russia. He worked for\nSilver Standard for 19 years and managed advanced exploration programs\nat Manantial Espejo (Argentina), San Luis and Berenguela (Peru) as\nwell as Snowfields (Pretium) in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia.\nMr. Konkin was appointed the project manager for Pretium Resources\nafter it purchased the Snowfields-Brucejack project from Silver\nStandard in 2010. Subsequently, he was instrumental in the discovery\nof the Valley of Kings deposit at the Brucejack Lake mine, an\neight-million-ounce gold deposit currently in production. He spent\nseven years managing all aspects of the exploration programs at\nSnowfield-Brucejack. During his tenure with Pretium, the company\nreceived the Bill Dennis award in 2013\n \n \n recognizing an important and significant mineral discovery in\nCanada with potential economic viability\n \n \n (presented by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada);\nMr. Konkin was also the co-recipient of the prestigious H.H.\n\"Spud\" Huestis award for \"excellence in prospecting and\nmineral exploration in B.C. and/or Yukon\" in 2017.\n \n \n \n \n Currently, Mr. Konkin is employed as Vice-President\nProject Development at Tudor Gold, Operator of the Treaty Creek\nproject.
