Recent mapping has indicated a sequence\nof volcanic rocks in the northeast portion of the property with thick\nsections of mudstone in the southwest, both of which areas are\nintensely altered and contain zones of mineralization hosting an\nabundance of sericite and pyrite. Quartz veins, quartz breccias, and\nsemi-massive sulphides also occur within these alteration zones.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n Following are capsule descriptions of some of the more\nimportant mineralized zones, many of which are slated for drilling in\n2022:\n \n \n \n Summit\n \n \n \n Located in the northwest corner of the claim group, it\nconsists of a quartz breccia zone 1-2 m wide, part of a 50m wide\nalteration corridor which carries pockets and stringers of\ntetrahedrite, green sphalerite (similar to that of the Swann zone 1km\nSE) and galena along with minor pyrite. In the footwall region of the\nzone, several parallel zones of quartz breccia with sulphides occur.\nDrill pads are presently being con\n \n \n structed for\ndrilling in early September, consisting of short holes to test the\nwidth and tenor of gold-silver-lead-zinc mineralization.\n \n \n \n Milestone\n \n \n \n This mineralized zone is located within quartz\nbreccias; a 2020 chip sample taken across 2 metres averaged 7.86\noz/ton gold (269.5 g/t), with the full width of this new zone not\nbeing truly defined due to overburden cover. Optimum Ventures plans to\ncomplete Shaw shallow drilling on the area of coarse gold and an\neastern extension.\n \n \n \n Swann\n \n \n \n Work completed in late 2021 indicated the occurrence of\nsemi-massive to massive sulphides consisting of sphalerite, galena,\ntetrahedrite, c...
