The board of directors thanks the firm\nof Manning Elliott LLP, chartered professional accountants, for its\npast services.\n \n \n \n \n Jeremy Zall has been appointed as a director of Teuton\nResources and as a member of its Audit Committee.  Mr. Zall has in\nexcess of 12,000 hours of experience as a helicopter pilot, much of it\ngained in the Stewart region of northwestern British Columbia (the\n“Golden Triangle”).  In 2005 he began flying for Prism\nHelicopters, a company which had a large fleet of rotary aircraft\nserving the Stewart region.   Currently he is an owner of Bajo Reef\nHelicopters and also its Operations Manager and Director of\nMaintenance.    During five out of the last six years, Teuton has\ncontracted with Bajo Reef to provide a helicopter to assist in\nexploration of its many Stewart area properties.\n \n \n \n \n D. Cremonese, P.
