Auro Resources Corp: Change of Management

Vancouver, British Columbia: Auro Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ARU) announces that at a directors’ meeting held on Friday November 16, 2012, the management of the Company was changed. Len Davies was appointed the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Douglas Dray was appointed the new Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. John Gomez and John Buckle who each formerly held management positions remain directors of the Company.

The new management looks forward to working with Mr. John Gomez and Mr. John Buckle in formulating plans for the Company’s significant property position in Columbia.
