(TSX:ARU) today advises\nthat, in accordance with the Support Agreement between Aurelian and Kinross\nGold Corporation dated July 23, 2008, five members of Aurelian's Board of\nDirectors resigned yesterday afternoon. These members are Colin Benner, Andre\nGaumond, Patrick Anderson, Jonathan Rubenstein and William Fisher. Hugh Agro,\nGeoffrey Gold, James Crossland, Timothy Baker and Thomas Boehlert, nominees of\nKinross, have been appointed to Aurelian's Board of Directors. Thomas Boehlert\nhas been appointed Chairman of the Aurelian Board of Directors.
